Introduction
The International Crime & Community Intelligence (ICCI) “STRATUS” operates as a specialized department within the International Police University (IPU), serving as a centralized academic and research hub dedicated to advancing knowledge in crime intelligence, public safety analysis, and strategic threat awareness. Through structured education, research initiatives, and analytical reporting, the department strengthens professional understanding of crime patterns, emerging risks, and preventative public safety strategies.

The ICCI Station supports the development of informed approaches to community safety by integrating intelligence cycle education, policy research, cyber threat awareness, and global public safety collaboration.
